Our LeadershipBob Nakamoto - Founder Mr. Robert Nakamoto is Chairman, owner and founder of Base Technologies, Inc. He has extensive background as a Technology executive with Commercial enterprises as well as with Federal, state, and local governments. He has been involved in all facets of executive management after starting his career as a programmer. He has a B.A. from California State University at Sacramento. Gary Nakamoto - Chief Executive Officer Mr. Gary Nakamoto is CEO and Vice Chairman of Base Technologies. Besides his responsibilties as a corporate officer and leader, Mr. Nakamoto is active in the community, serving on the boards for the Commonwealth of Virginia Research and Technology Advisory Commission, Chairman of Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce and Northern Virginia Technology Council. Mr. Nakamoto is a graduate of Ohio University. Rob Davies- President and Chief Operations Officer With more than 11 years at Base Technologies, Mr. Davies has been involved in almost every facet of the company. He has worked in business development, technical support, project management, proposal development, marketing, and corporate management. Mr. Davies has 15 years experience in Federal and commercial IT support and he is currently our Chief Operating Officer. He has a B.A. from the University of Michigan and an M.A. from the American University. Paul Petersen - International Operations and Strategic Planning Mr. Paul Petersen joined Base Technologies in 1994 and has served as President since June of 2002. Mr. Petersen has been in the information technology business since 1959 and in the Federal business space since 1968. He has extensive experience in all facets of this space, to include systems development, business development and program management. Mr. Petersen has held senior management positions with numerous firms in the Federal Technology space. Mr. Petersen attended the University of Pennsylvania. Steven L. Cardenas - Executive Vice President, Healthcare Services Mr. Cardenas is a retired Air Force Colonel, where he served over 22 years as a Healthcare Executive. Mr. Cardenas received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from North Texas State University and his Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Health Services Management from Golden Gate University. He is a Fellow of the American College of Health Care Executives(FACHE) and a Certified Managed Care Executive(CMCE) through Northwestern's Kellogg School of Business. Dorian Sollitto - Senior Vice President of Government Operations Ms. Sollitto joined Base Technologies 12 years ago, following 10 years as a contract Project Manager in support of federal government IT requirements. She is currently our Sr. Vice President of Government Operations, overseeing all of our projects in the civilian federal arena. Ms. Sollitto earned her B.A. at Goddard College. |
