The Base Technologies (BTI) BITS II team is prepared to provide Information Technology, Telecommunications, and administrative, technical and analytical support services for all types of agency program management functions, telecommunications & IT systems and services, system engineering & design functions, software development functions, system procurement and life-cycle management functions, system development functions, training and documentation functions, risk assessment and disaster & contingency planning functions, emerging technologies, and security functions under the BITS II contract.
